Booking Confirmation All Kids Party bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full payment has been received. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Townsville Fire reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if required due to operational, venue, safety or event-related circumstances. Kids Party Package are to be booked for children only upto the age of 17 years old. 2. Attendance & Supervision A responsible adult (18 years or older) must be nominated as the Party Host and is included in the booking of 10, they must remain present with the group for the duration of the event. Children attending the party remain the responsibility of their parent, guardian or supervising adult at all times. The Townsville Fire, venue staff, volunteers and contractors are not responsible for supervising children. 3. Food & Allergy Disclaimer The Kids Party Package includes a food platter and refreshments as outlined in the package inclusions. Food items may contain, or have been prepared in facilities that handle, common allergens including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, seafood and gluten. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate dietary requirements, the Townsville Fire and its catering providers cannot guarantee that food products are free from allergens or cross-contamination. It is the responsibility of the Party Host and/or parents or guardians to identify any dietary requirements, allergies or food sensitivities prior to attendance and to monitor food consumption by children in their care. The Townsville Fire accepts no liability for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of food or beverages provided as part of the Kids Party Package. 4. Medical Conditions Any medical conditions, allergies or special requirements relevant to participating children should be disclosed at the time of booking. The Party Host is responsible for ensuring any required medication (including EpiPens, asthma inhalers or similar) is available and accessible during the event. 5. Behaviour & Conduct All guests must behave in a respectful and safe manner. The Townsville Fire and venue management reserve the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, intoxicated or otherwise inappropriate. No refund will be provided where removal occurs due to guest behaviour. 6. Venue Rules All guests must comply with venue conditions of entry, security requirements and directions from venue staff. Children must remain within designated party and public event areas unless accompanied by a supervising adult. Running, climbing on furniture, entering restricted areas or interfering with event operations is prohibited. As per Venue rules no outside food is to be bought into the arena that has not been purchased at the venue (Example - Fast food/take aways , birthday cakes ect. No decorations like streamers or balloons are allowed in the venue. 7. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations made more than 14 days before the game date may receive a refund, less any administration fees. Cancellations made within 14 days of the game date are non-refundable. Changes to attendee numbers may not be accommodated within 7 days of the event. The Townsville Fire reserves the right to adjust party locations or inclusions where required due to venue, operational or broadcast requirements. 8. Event Changes In the event of a game reschedule, postponement or cancellation, the Townsville Fire will provide alternative arrangements or credits at its discretion. Refunds will be managed in accordance with applicable consumer laws. 9. Photography & Media The Townsville Fire, WNBL, venue operators and event partners may photograph, film or record attendees during the event. By attending, guests consent to the use of their image, likeness and voice in promotional, marketing, social media, broadcast and commercial materials without compensation. If a parent or guardian does not wish a child to be photographed, this must be communicated to the Townsville Fire prior to the event. 10. Liability Attendance at the event is at the attendee's own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Townsville Fire, WNBL, venue operators, sponsors and associated personnel are not liable for any loss, injury, damage or expense arising from attendance at the event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. 11. Acceptance of Terms By completing a Kids Party booking, the Party Host acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of themselves and all attendees included in the booking. The Party Host is responsible for communicating these Terms & Conditions to all parents, guardians and attendees associated with the booking.
